not virus .. may be trojan horse.
become slowly right ..
u can try by remove those pop-up
on start up ..
i do no how to explane but ,
i know what problem got now ..
Go to ---> RUN
type : msconfig
click startup .
try click what pop-up u not using
may be they can help !
